How do I return?
- Visit our Contact Us Page
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email.
- Prior to dispatching the product for return, ensure to capture a clear photograph of the item. This step should be taken just before handing over the product to the logistics pickup personnel.
- What items are returnable?
- Within 7 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resalable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate this when requesting your RA number. We will hold the new item for you and ship it once we receive your returned item.
What are the refund options?
- Your Refund will be issued within 7-10 Business days from when we receive your return.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any shipping charges.
How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?
